PERSONAL VIEW A - Z
Who r the guys in the band - different characters?
Paolo Gregoletto, Corey Beaulieu, Matthew Heafy. Each of us are uniquely different while being incredibly similar. The 3 of us have all shared the same collective vision and goal for the band since day 1.
b) Your favorite bands / musicians
The early roots of Trivium are obviously derived from: Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Slayer, and Testament. Melodic Death Metal has played a massive role on our upbringing with bands like: In Flames, At The Gates, Soilwork, and Dark Tranquillity. The early years of Trivium were also inspired by Metalcore bands like: Heaven Shall Burn, Caliban, Between The Buried And Me, Poison The Well, and Converge. Each of us in Trivium listen to countless other bands, but for me, Queen and The Beatles and Depeche Mode play as much a role in my musical influences as bands like Emperor, Death, and Martyr.

We look forward to seeing you all soon; keep spreading the word of Trivium.
